What to include

• The Google email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
• For a payment question, the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge.
• For a problem in the editor, your browser and device, and what you did just before it went wrong.

Manage your subscription yourself

In the editor, open the account menu and choose Subscription. From there you can switch between monthly and yearly, change your card, download invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. See pricing for what each plan includes.

About your videos

Your videos and projects stay on your own computer and are never uploaded, so we can’t see or recover them. Please don’t send us videos you don’t want to share.
